There are three upcoming events in which the Museum will be participating.

On Sunday, May 18 – the Museum will host the fellowship hour after liturgy at Seattle’s Church of the Assumption and will open its archives for visitors.  This is the first opportunity for Museum supporters and visitors to see the new archival space.  Please join us!

On Saturday, June 14 –the annual “all class” luncheon for alumni of Seattle’s Lincoln High School will be held at the Nile Country Club north of Seattle.  From 1940 through the 1960s, Lincoln served the greater Wallingford area where the largest concentration of Greek families resided.  This will be an opportunity for Greeks and Greek Americans to reunite with each other and with their Lincoln classmates.

On Saturday, June 28 –“Greeks on the Streets” a classic car club formed by the Juan de Fuca chapter of AHEPA will again participate in the Greenwood Car Show, www.greenwoodcarshow.comthe largest car show in Washington State.  The club will be parked in front of Pete’s Egg Nest on Greenwood at North 77th Street.  Come by and see us.

Meanwhile, the Museum Board and volunteers continue to meet and plan for “A Place at the Table” the exhibit to be presented in the Community Focus Gallery at Seattle’s Museum of History & Industry (MOHAI) in early 2015.

Look for a redesigned web site this summer which, among other changes, will give Museum visitors increased access to all on-line exhibits
